Idling....

First time in history where there is nothing to do on a Monday morning. Usually I will b bombed all way round from everybody due to the backlog work of the weekends. Now... hmmm... it is interesting...

Anyway, it is not due to there is no work. It is juz awaiting to b bombed in. Apparently from wat I noe, I think the staff at Motorola should b busy consolidating all the info. So should b expecting to stay in 4 lunch later.

Since I am so free, might as well use the opportunity to update an entry.

Weekend has been realli meaningful to me. Catching up on my loss slp of last week. As I said b4, was pretty hectic... but realli gives me a realli great satisfaction. Sth which I hve not felt in a long while. Still remember the last time after a bloody big project in camp. Though it was juz recent, cld vaguely remember much details. Guess it is also a good thing, for me to move on. No pt holding on to memories which onli I put in effort to cherish. Been down tt road and I am realli realli tired.

Anyway, think it was sth to do with a 0.5 CIS HMG which explode in some unit, leading to some injuries. Did hell a lot of reports and aftermath improvement reports. Still remembered running down to Ayer Rajah Camp with Donny, Vijay and Lionel, meeting some bloody big shots, even the designer of tt cursed weapon. Haha! Also stay in a few days rushing on those reports. Turned out the best reward was to see our hardwork displayed in the Army Safety Seminar and brought up during the Weapon Safety Meet, sth like tt. Hmmm.... Feel tt same feeling again.... WOAH!!!!

Also manage to fulfill one of my long dreams. To give a treat to my fave Aunt Jacqueline & Uncle SK. To thank them for all the unselfish care n concern they showered me. Treating me as their own son. No matter wat I want, they will try fulfill my wish. The things they done for me, I will always remember for life. It can't b describe with words. For these, I am ever-grateful. Anyway, brought them out for dinner at Chua Choa Kang. Though it was a pretty cheap restaurant, and realli is nothing compared to wat they have done for me since day one, they were realli touched from wat I see. Sort of makes me feel realli realli happy. Eating and treatin ppl with my own hard-earned money realli gives me the satisfaction. Finally I feel independent... to a certain extent, I guess. Still left a few treats I hve in mind not planned yet. Guess schedules is a big factor...

So I guess till then. Ok, my intuition is not wrong. Here comes my reports to complete. So ta-taz for now...

SJJN6586B AGAIN!?!?!

I realli can't stand this bloody item. Wonder is this a bad omen or a realli realli jinx item. It muz always wait till it is at the peak urgency where sth muz go wrong... totally shitty!!!

Anyway, the previous time, we stick the A version sticker on the B version manual. Creating hell a lot of trouble by replacing all the 10k of manuals. Now, the whole book is cut till out of shape. The whole process of printing, cutting blah... muz all again start all over again. TOTALLY SHITTY!!!! Hmmmm...... Guess shall worry abt tt tml. SJJN6586B!!!!!

This week has been a realli hectic week for me. Not anything different, but juz got more responsibilities. Believe my title of PLANNER is definitely more sensible now. Lai Keng has thrown the responsibility of controlling the schedule of the drivers entirely on me. Now anyone in the company who needs a driver needs to seek my approval. Makes me feel realli important... yep!!! But bloody busy... feels like the army MT Line head. Haha!!! Juz hope I will b able handle tt well.

Also today finally prove to Motorola I am totally capable of bringing them down. What I mean? Was thrown a bloody long list of order today. Guess it stretch to abt 300k of items. Was thrown a mail earlier too, sort of challenging my company's ability to cope up with their demands. Well, today I flood up their receiving booth with goods till they complain us of anyhow sending items. Thank God I got their receipt of order. SHUT THEIR BLOODY BOSS UP!!!! Hahaha!!! Feel realli happy with myself today. Though tired and realli sleepy with almost less than 5hours of sleep, realli have this great sense of achievement.

Oh yah... anyway, how is my song??? Cool huh??? Guess no one noes why this song relates to me now huh??? Hahaha!!! Have not told anyone yet. Anyway, dun think anyone realli understands too. But this is my blog. Juz feel like spilling my feelings on it. So juz say it here... In love, I guess??? Juz hope no one finds out too soon... Hmm.... guess it is juz wishful thinking. But yep... juz pray the feeling is reciprocal.

Pretty confused at wat to do. Advance or wait... hmmm.... Guess after so long, this feeling of being confused in love still remains...

Past History

Was realli busy at work for the past few days. Thus, able to blog onli now. Guess things will b equally busy the next few weeks since I have alr receive my forecast orders for the next monh or so. Production alr starting to rise. Juz hope I will b able to handle more of these situations well since I have receive news tt my boss will be asking me to take over all the deals with Motorola (including acessories production) by next month, handle the task of dispatching my drivers by next week and few more other sample handling operations. Guess she juz wants me to b more of a all rounded should my partners go on leave or mc, sth like tt.

Anyway, not tt I am complaining so much, but juz looking on the brighter side, at least she trust me with such a big client and important tasks. Juz hope I will b able to top my company in the pay receive. Haha!!! Greedy huh???

Ok, juz bring me back to Friday's visit to Motorola. Finally met up with my Haiying-jie, Lele-jie and Adrian-gor-gor. I am so glad I still have my youth. Haha! They were all pretty old I muz mention. Not to speak of Anthony Pang, which I was the most surprised to meet. He is the guy in charge of the approval of sample submissions. Thot he was the sort of a short round guy in proper business wear. Ended up, he appeared to me in the most weirdiest circumstances. Yes, he was round and short, but did not expect him to be in polo t-shirt and jeans with super unkempt hair. Believe insects which drop on his head could literally get lost in there. Totally stunned with the appearance. Had the greatest laugh on returning back to the company. Haha!

Sat was not much of a busy day since Motorlola Techpoint (place where they receive all goods) were in the process of their stocktaking. Guess this was due to the moving of their Techpoint to Jurong. Anyway, work was light and ended pretty early. That was when my boss decided to give all the office personnel plus a few of the production personnel for a lunch treat. Realli had no idea where she was taking us. Pan Pacific Hotel International Buffet!!! Woah! That was posh. Anyway, realli ate my fill there, though I muz agree everyone's dressing were quite "lok-kok" (untidy and realli low standard). But guess due to the amt of ppl we brought, the ambience was downgraded to our standards. Haha! Guess the hotel staff were quite relieved at our departure. Hehe!

Prob this is also one reason why I am willing to take on the challenge despite the daunting task ahead. Moreover, my boss is offering me the chance to upgrade myself, using the CPF contribution the company is bombing in every month. So guess I will b back in my books next year. Guess this path is realli becoming more and more exciting every minute I am walking. Dun realli regret much now.

Anyway, juz before I log off tonight, wanna add sth. I got my own personal namecard!!!! Haha! Nvr realli dreamt of this coming but realli excited on seeing my name printed on paper and been distributed to all my clients and friends. Planner is the title which finally my boss is able to come to conclusion with after all the weird and stupid titles I got. Receptionist clerk? Social escort?? Liasion officer??? Public relations???? Get worse as the list goes on. Guess this is the best as it show a pretty high standing in the business world. Equivalent to the standing of Operations Manager. Cool huh? Ok, enough of this self-praising vibes flowing thru my blog. Muz be humble... hehe!!!

Hope I will b able to learn to love myself.

p.s. Shall change the song tml since it takes forever to upload the song onto my storage space with my 56k modem. So tune in tml to hear the latest song. Dun realli say the lyrics totally speaks of my heart, but the tune def does. Prob I change some of the lyrics would prob make it my song for now. Yep! So juz tune in then.

It's Another Long Long Nite...

Was supposed to reach home by now to catch my Charmed... apparently got held by by my client's call... 40MINS!!!
Wat can I do? Thank God I set my VCR to record on leaving this morning.

So since I am ae, juz finish p the last of my work and head for home. Prob still can catch the amazing race, csi and Buffy... Guess these are the onli things left of lesuire for me.

Can't believe I am spending so much time n effort on typing this entry. Actually wanted to talk on my clients, but since using this I Mac PC is so bloody hard, guess talk another time.

Twins Effect

Nah!!! Not talking abt that flop movie... Haha!!!

Was home almost the whole day... hardlly can realli find time sit at home and relax. So surf a little net with my notebook since it stays on almost 24hr per day (standing by for any drop in orders; apparently got 2 today...Sigh!). Anyway, for the exchange of the free usage of the notebook, dun realli mind much. Haha!!! Guess everything comes with a price...

Anyway, was in front of the googlebox most of the day. Olypmics fever I muz say. Quite amazed by these twins... The Hamm brothers... Muz realli say their gymnastics skills are realli amazing. Juz imagine both brothers keep getting the same scores... and also remain in the top few. Woah!!! Gymnastics realli is in the blood of the brothers. Anyway, was quite surprised as I thot there was such thing as an encore in the event of gymnastics.

Guess I was wrong... I was juz seeing double. Anyway, quite like this duo. Not tt I am not supporting for Singapore, but juz there is no Singapore to support in these events. Haha! So guess I am rooting for these brothers.

Guilty

Was supposed to allow all my production team to knock off at 5:30pm today and go on off tml. Blame those heartless Motors!!! Drop in a large qty order at the last moment.

Manage to bargain for an extension till Monday, however I gotta try my best to settle as much as I can by tonight's delivery (which by right there should be if there is orders).

Lead to much dissatisfaction as the earlier news of the early dismissal and off already turn most of them to the enjoyment mood.

Realli hate to be such a bastard spoilt joy. But on thinking, I would rather finish all the work today and stay home all day tml then split it on 2 days. Sigh!

On the other hand, juz felt pretty lousy on not being able to foresee such a delivery coming. Sigh! Prob this is the aftermath of a Friday the 13th???

I dunno...juz feel realli guilty...

Surprise!!!!

Funny I can still post an entry despite the time now huh?

Dun worry... I am not in the office liao. Apparently felt so sick of being alone in the office, I brought home my notebook to work from home. Now juz taking 5... will b back into my PO reports again soon.

Apparently I realli dun get this report. The figures juz never seems to tally no matter how much referencing, checking up, double confirming blah I do. I am virtually goin bonkers on this bloody stuff. THANK GOD there is an upcoming course for something on this to help me understand more. My boss at times too seem pretty baffled by these PO problems, thus guess should ask Motorola themselves.

Anyway, this PO stuff is apparently known to me as lay-man's term, credits. This is sort of used in place of money to order items from us. Apparently, each item have them own PO number, while with its own quantity. Thus, there is different prices, different POs and different items. Apparently, some POs when depleted, can be top up while some can't. This i can handle veri well. The MAIN PROB is tt our records of the PO never seems to tally with those of Motorola. THis makes things realli difficult as I could b using an old PO while there could already b a new one. Else, I would b giving more orders then the PO could actually sustain. Everything is juz realli complicated and can't b explain in few words. Juz veri messy is all i can say.

Thankfully, there is this course which I am realli looking forward to. can finally see the faces of those keys figures in Motorola I talk to thru phone everyday. See how my this Hai Ying Jie, Lele jie and Adrian gor gor looks like. Haha! If lucky, still might catch a glimpse of Ms Magdalene. Haha!!! SOunds pretty exciting...

Post National Day

Yep! Singapore just celebrated its 39th birthday yesterday. Juz pray that I did not get the age wrong. Haha!

Supposed to still be in the joyous mood, but NAH!!!! Work is enough to keep my frown super active today.

Totally bombed till the last minutes of the day. Dunno where did so much work pop out from. On the addition of a new format of constraint reports, added on my stress. And when I say stress, it is realli stress. Guess all my hair is already white. haha!

Hope tml will juz be better..after clearing all the shit today. Sigh!!!

Anyway, juz touch slighty on the parade yesterday. Did not go for the live performance. Stayed in my humble adobe anyway. Guess the costumes are def much better than my yr of participation. One thing I gotta mention, NO CAMOUFLAGE CREAM was used. Added on, THEY WORE BERET!!!! How come I so suay!?!?! Camou cream plus helmet for my yr. Nvm, at least I got to fire those cute sparklers at the tip of my SAR21. Added on, I was the SARS batch. Hahaha!!! As if I got SARS!!!! Haha!!!

The fireworks this yr was also sort of disappointing compared last yr where they let it off like nobobdy's business. Haha! My yr was def more beautiful. Added on, I manage to see Sun Yanzi rather than Kit Chan. Not saying Kit Chan is not good. Juz that Yanzi is more glamourous, sort of. Hehe!

Time realli flies. Seems like yesterday since I participated in NDP. Now it is already a yr. Woah! Miss those times...

But, realli no turning back. Forward I go...

Peaking Orders

The orders for this week has realli been running wild. So bad till it even flood into Saturday evening. If not for a date, think I might even enter nite. Phew!

Even though work was rush, think it was still handleable. Though I made quite a lot of mistakes, at least I manage clear my own shit. Was realli pretty down I guess. But guess I am stepping into the new path of my life. Juz gotta bear with it alone myself.

At least Monday is an off for me. Can relax a bit...Juz hope the HP dun ring.

Changes

Indeed everything have changed. That sure includes me. Not saying whether was it for the better or wat. Juz saying my life has indeed moved on a pace, a different world.

My company have changed. Dun realli seem 2 enjoy that much ard them. Not saying I do not like the company. Juz saying I seemed 2 lose out a lot of common grounds that used 2 bond me and my pals together. The yearning 2 find out more abt those ground sort of drift away. Sort of this differences and changes are finally taking its toil.

I do not realli how 2 express it fully myself. But juz saying it for my own knowledge, a memory for me 2 keep tt I once enjoyed.

Probably this is sth I gotta bear as I walk down the path. A change for the better and not to be stagnant in life. Watever is the case, I shall learn to accept it.
